Craitor builds rugged portable 3D printers that enable field manufacturing of critical components in the most hostile environments. Craitor has worked alongside the US Marine Corps through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) to develop 3D printing capabilities that enable distributed manufacturing where and when it is needed.

Helicoid® laminates are laid up with smooth inter-ply angles which reduces interlaminar stresses for unprecedented structural integrity. Helicoid® applies to most fiber/resin, disrupting aerospace, automotive, sprots and renewables markets.

Hoverbike - flying jet ski
The hoverbike flies in ground effect over the surface of water. At standstill, the hoverbike floats on the water. During takeoff and landing the wings hydrofoil through the water. Propulsion is provided by a clean, quiet battery-powered electric ducted fan. The hoverbike floats, foils, then flies.
Hydrogen powered modular autonomous air and road eVTOL for regional air mobility
LuftCar is a hydrogen powered, modular autonomous Air and Road Mobility eVTOL vehicle. The air vehicle can detach from the road vehicle providing uninterrupted air and road mobility. Air vehicle flies 300 miles at 220 mph max speed and at 4000 ft altitude. Road vehicle travels 150 miles.
Haobotics Back Support Exoskeleton
The Back Support Exoskeleton is a lightweight, portable industrial exoskeleton designed to improve the musculoskeletal health of workers who lift heavy loads. In total, the exoskeleton reduces up to 50% of the peak muscle forces used when lifting a 25 kg load.

The Robotic Maintenance Vehicle (RMV) combines an integrated air blow-off system, advanced vision system, SealMaster CrackPro, Stateline Generator, and a FANUC robot to perfectly clean, measure, and seal asphalt cracks more quickly than traditional workers while also removing them from harm’s way.
Laser Ablation - Sustainable, Emerging, Advanced Machine Tools
Light energy cleans surfaces of paint and rust. A laser paired with beam delivery optics delivers light energy to the surface disrupting the bond creating a chip. It is vaporized as it is vacuumed up through the plasma and the particulate is captured in a filter for disposal.
Reusable Energy Absorbing Pads (REAP)
REAP was designed to replace the current one-time use cardboard honeycomb. REAP was subjected to several in-house tests, drop test at Natick, and finally airdrop at Air Force Base in Tucson, AZ. The latter test resulted in issuance of UAT. REAP is in production.
