This registration allows access to all TechConnect, SBIR/STTR, Smart Cities and Expo programs.

Academic, Government, Non-profit, Start-up

For fee purposes, Start-up is defined as a company under 3-years old and pre-revenue. Status will be reviewed. Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register at the Standard rate. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic or government ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Academic registration is for full-time faculty, staff and research staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. This registration allows access to all TechConnect, SBIR/STTR, Smart Cities and Expo programs.

Student- Student ID Required

Must be full-time student and show proof of student status. Postdocs are eligible for this fee. This registration allows access to all TechConnect, SBIR/STTR, Smart Cities and Expo programs.

Active Military – No Registration Fee Required

A valid military employee email is required at time of registration and military ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Reservists, National Guard, and retired military are not considered full-time active duty military personnel. DOD contractors or DOD civilians do not qualify for this fee. Email Registration@TechConnect.org for approval and a discount code for free registration. This registration allows access to all TechConnect, SBIR/STTR, Smart Cities and Expo programs.

Expo Floor Only

Does not include access to networking system or program sessions. This fee is not applicable to TechConnect authors or presenters.

SBIR/STTR Workshop, Thursday, March 12, 8:30am-4:30pm

One day training includes: SBIR/STTR Overview & Phase I SBIR/STTR Proposal Preparation; Phase II SBIR/STTR Proposal Preparation; and Developing an Approved Accounting System. Participants may receive electronic copies of presentations and other materials provided by Training Leads. You must hold a SBIR/STTR Spring Innovation Conference or TechConnect World Innovation Conference registration to attend. TechConnect World is not responsible for any instructor cancellations and subsequent changes in the program.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made by February 8, 2026 will be refunded less a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations after February 8, 2026, are non-refundable.
