We report an apparatus of magnetic flow cytometry. CRISPR-Cas12 and Padlock Probe Based Detection of Amplified DNA
The technology comprises a CRISPR-Cas12a system with a padlock probe to detect specific nucleic acid (e.g., DNA) target sequences in biological samples. The padlock probe enables amplification of the target sequences. The CRISPR-Cas12a, upon detecting and binding to the amplified sequences, cleaves a fluorescent report molecule, eliciting a fluorescent signal.
