Active Military – No Registration Fee Required

A valid military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. A person who is active duty is in the military full time. They work for the military full time, may live on a military base, and can be deployed at any time. Persons in the Reserve or National Guard, or retired military, are not considered full-time active-duty military personnel in the definition of this fee. DOD Contractors do not qualify for this fee. Email Registration@TechConnect.org for approval and discount code for free registration.

TechConnect Expo Floor Only

June 9, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM and June 10, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Does not include access to networking system. This fee is not applicable to TechConnect authors or presenters.

SBIR/STTR Workshop

Wednesday June 11, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
One day training includes: SBIR/STTR Overview & Phase I SBIR/STTR Proposal Preparation; Phase II SBIR/STTR Proposal Preparation; and Developing an Approved Accounting System. Participants may receive electronic copies of presentations and other materials provided by Training Leads. You must hold a SBIR/STTR Spring Innovation Conference or TechConnect World Innovation Conference registration to attend. TechConnect World is not responsible for any instructor cancellations and subsequent changes in the program.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made by May 23, 2025 will be refunded less a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations after May 23, 2025 are non-refundable.
