
Gill is an Associate Director in
Princeton University’s Office of Technology Licensing & New Ventures, where
he helps translate faculty-led research in the life sciences and engineering
into startups, industry partnerships, and other commercialization pathways. His
work spans invention assessment, intellectual property strategy, licensing,
patent coordination, and the development of practical pathways for early-stage
technologies.
Gill works closely with faculty
innovators, founders, investors, patent counsel, and corporate partners to
support company formation, structure licenses, and help research teams navigate
the transition from laboratory discovery to market opportunity. Before joining
Princeton, he served as a Licensing Associate at the University of Delaware.
Gill is a Certified Licensing
Professional (CLP), Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP), and
recipient of the Howard Bremer Scholarship. He was recognized in IAM Strategy
300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists.
