
Mr. Jason Leonard serves as the Power and Energy Systems
Division Chief Engineer, where his focus is on ensuring technical rigor and
safe operations through a triad of Design and Development, Project Management,
and Configuration Management Systems Engineering processes. Mr. Leonard
graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering in 2002 and from the Naval Postgraduate School with a
Master of Science in Systems Engineering in 2011. Mr. Leonard holds a Level III
certification in the Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering
DAWIA career field through the Defense Acquisition University. He was awarded
the NAVSEA John C. Mickey Collaboration Award in 2019.
