Justin Yang is a seasoned operator within Government, Biotechnology, Life Sciences as an entrepreneur, executive, investor, and consultant. He serves as Executive Liaison and Senior Advisor to ATI in the MTC Division. He oversees and supports the execution of OT Consortium build-out, including working alongside ATI PMs in the execution of consortium operations and supporting Government customers with his extensive expertise. In addition, Justin is an Operating Partner at GHIC, a NY-based venture capital firm, and board member/co-founder on a number of biotechnology startups in the neurology space.
