Hannah Everett

Hannah Everett is a Senior Program Manager with the Work to Zero program at the National Safety Council, supporting with the execution of the Safety Innovation Challenge and its affiliate Pilot Grant Program. She has worked in the nonprofit industry for nearly 10 years. After receiving her master’s in applied economics from Florida State University, her journey in service began with a tour to Colombia as a US Peace Corps Volunteer engaging in local community economic development work. Following her service, she was a program manager for two grassroots nonprofits committed to investing in the economic futures of Hispanic/Latinos throughout the Tampa Bay area. Most recently, Hannah was an Engagement Consultant with a grant consulting firm, advising nonprofits from all walks of life on how to create sustainable revenue streams for their programs and services through the lens of community impact and grant readiness. In 2024, she received a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Florida. She is currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

With her history and commitment to reducing barriers to employment for minority populations, Hannah is excited to have joined the NSC team where she is committed to reducing barriers to safe employment for all populations.
