Paige DeBaylo is the director of the National Safety Council MSD Solutions Lab, where she leads applied research on emerging issues in musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) prevention, including workforce characteristics, psychosocial and organizational risk factors, and prevention technologies. She brings extensive expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, program evaluation, and systematic reviews, and has published and presented widely in occupational health and psychology. DeBaylo holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from Auburn University.
