
Tim Martin is the Interim Assistant Vice Chancellor for New Ventures and Investments at NC State University. He serves as the Associate Director of Innovation + Commercialization for the Bezos Center. Martin leads the commercialization of university research and startup growth, and oversees the Wolfpack Investor Network. He directs NSF-funded initiatives, including the Mid-Atlantic I-Corps Hub at NC State and the ART program to mentor participants from Clemson. Previously, he held roles at UNC’s KickStart and UGA’s Startups, and co-founded both Augment Medical and MEDIC. He also worked as a Project Engineer at Yukon Medical and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from NC State/UNC.
