Ben Solomon is the Founder and CEO of FedTech, a preeminent venture accelerator focusing on deep technology. Ben founded FedTech in 2015 and has guided the firm as a global pioneer in the deep-tech sector catalyzing interactions between the venture world and R&D community. FedTech has worked with over 1k deep tech ventures that have raised over $5B in private and public funding. The firm partners with leading R&D labs inside government, academia and industry. An expert in models of technology commercialization, Ben has taught MBAs at his alma mater, the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business. He previously held positions at NBC Sports and Bloomberg News. He holds a BA in History from Princeton University and an MBA from University of Maryland.
