Jacqueline Gray is the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program Manager in the Technology Partnerships Office (TPO) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Ms. Gray leads, manages, and executes the SBIR program at NIST. She communicates and collaborates with the national small business community, inter-agency SBIR Program Managers, NIST Laboratories, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) to expand and enhance the SBIR Program at NIST. Before joining NIST, Jacqueline managed and negotiated international contracts and procurements at the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM). Prior to joining NIST, Jacqueline managed SBIR contracts at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Her career in the private sector involved overseeing defense and civilian contracts for a variety of technology and health related programs. Ms. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Coppin State University, a Master of Administrative Science degree from The Johns Hopkins University, and an Executive International Business Certificate from Georgetown University.
