Oliver Krause studied Physics at Erlangen University. He got his PhD about dopant diffusion in silicon from the Fraunhofer Institut of Intregrated Circuits. In 2002 he joined Nanoworld. Since then he is working as a product developer, product manager and application scientist. He introduced the tilted compensated FIB milling tips, Carbon Nanotubes, and platinum silcide tips as commercial products”
