Ms. Allis Jordan joined the Department of Defense in May of 2010 after several years in industry as a software/embedded software engineer. Prior to this, she graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering (2003 and 2006, respectively).

Her Acquisition assignments began at the Missile Defense Agency in 2010. She served as an engineer for the Directorate for Test from 2010-2019, then in the Directorate for Engineering working Hypersonic Missile Defense until 2020. She was then assigned to PEO Aviation/PM AMSA as a Technical Branch Chief from 2020-2023. Within PM AMSA, her portfolio included many different products: AMCS, AGNR, IDM-401, DVE, IMPACT, TAIS, AMPS, ARC-231 and more. She earned the Civilian Service Commendation Medal for her work within PM AMSA.  Currently, Ms. Jordan is serving as PEO Aviation’s Chief Systems Engineer within the Office of the Assistant PEO for Engineering and Architecture. She advocates for PEO Aviation’s Enterprise Vision through advising and encouraging alignment with PEO Aviation’s Strategic Goals.

Ms. Jordan is compassionate, motivated and likes to solve problems.  Her core values are Integrity, Responsibility, Balance, Gratitude and Adventure.  She enjoys fostering the careers of others through mentoring/coaching.  Outside of work, Ms. Jordan is happiest with her family, friends and gardening.
