Andrew is currently the Group Leader of the Innovation Engine Team within the CASE Technology Division of the Additives and Functional Products business at Eastman. His team focuses on turning early stage projects into new growth platforms for the CASE business leveraging solvents, polymers, and other additives technologies. Andrew started his career at Eastman with applications development roles supporting Eastman’s plastics business before moving into a series of R&D leadership roles supporting the CASE business. Prior to joining Eastman he earned a BSE in Polymer Science and Engineering from CWRU and a PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering from UMass-Amherst.
