Ms. Morgan is a Program Manager at REI Systems with over 20 years of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and grants management experience. During her tenure at REI, she has led contracts at multiple Federal agencies including NASA, DoD, EPA, and DOJ in the areas of IT strategy and implementation, business process re-engineering, advisory services, and SBIR program management support. Ms. Morgan is a 2019 Federal 100 Award recipient in recognition of her leadership of the IT Modernization efforts for NASA’s SBIR Program. She has a proven capacity to grow program portfolios and deliver innovative solutions that impact customer missions.
