Summary:
This talk will discus various applications of vacuum insulation panels to deliver UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Specific technological and economic performances of vacuum insulation panels used in cold storage and driers for horticulture sector in Sub-Saharan Africa will be presented. Role of the super insulation to uplift life standards of smallholder and marginal farmers will be discussed. Requirements of enhanced performance vacuum insulation panels will be proposed.
