TECHNOLOGY SUMMARY

The mgLAMP delivers fast (<1 hour) and accurate nucleic acid-based quantification (<10 copies/L) of SARS-CoV-2 particles in environmental waters (1 mL). Through an innovative combination of nanoporous membrane and hydrogel, mgLAMP fully integrates enrichment, purification, RNA extraction, amplification, and AI-enabled result readout.
