Mr. Cayle Bradley is a Program Manager and Naval Architect supporting operational energy requirements and resourcing with the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations.  He joined the CNO’s staff in 2018, but has been supporting energy technology development and integration for Navy and MSC ships since 2011 with the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division.  He has 11 years of active duty service and 5 years reserve service with the Navy, and continues to serve as a Navy Reserve Engineering Duty Officer.  His education includes a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
