Thomas (Fengyuan) Li received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) from Purdue University at West Lafayette in 2012. He has been working on various MEMS R&D projects, including acoustic, pressure, and inertial sensors. He has authored more than 10 refereed publications, and granted more than 5 patents in related field. He is currently working as a Principal MEMS Design Engineer at NXP Semiconductors on next-generation MEMS sensors for Automotive and IoT applications.
