Experimental Observations of Majorana Particles Produced in Arrays of Fractional Josephson junctions in An Organo-metallic Superconductive Device

Summary:

Scientists predicted Majorana particles may be well present in superconductive materials, because a quasiparticle in a superconductor is its antiparticle. However, very few experimental evidence were validated. We report an experimental observation of Majorana Particles was evaluated through a 3D-cage structured organo-metallic superconductive device having arrays of fractional Josephson junctions in the presence of collagen 200 ng/mL with a 300 Hz scan rate at zero-bias. By construction of a multiple-variable contour map between the differentiate conductance (z-axis), differentiate resistance (y-axis) and the bias potential (x-axis) with data obtained from the i-V curves, Majorana particles can be observed through changing the differentiate conductance values to an optimum position. Majorana particles can also be observed through the contour map between the differentiate conductance, current, and bias potential. By taken multiple consecutive scan cycles at a fixed scan rate, in the presence of a collagen concentration 500 fg/mL, Majorana particles can also be observed in a contour map in alignment at a zero-bias potential. The new accomplishments are:1) the 3D-cage membrane fabrication and characterization using nanobiomimetic innate MMP-2 cross-linked organo-metallic polymers proven is an innovative approach to find Friedle-oscillation of the Cooper pairs in the superconductive superlattice environment; 2). Multiple methods used for multiple-variable contour mapping confirmed the Majorana particles observable at room temperature; 3). The instrumental setup was easy, and the conditions were controllable; 4). The methods used may further explore research in the basic and applied technology fields.
