This research focuses on developing a technique which enables the creation of a test phantom, with dimensions similar to a human finger, in which manufacturing can be easily repeatable. It uses silicone rubbers as substrate materials, cotton candy as sacrificial sugar layers, a paperclip as the frame or support structure, and an artificial 3D printed bone using PLA.
