Journal of Nanoparticle Research

Journal of Nanoparticle Research

Selected papers will be reviewed and invited into a Special Issue of Journal of Nanoparticle Research. The journal disseminates knowledge of the physical, chemical and biological phenomena and processes in nanoscale structures.

Coverage includes synthesis, assembly, transport, reactivity, and stability, and emphasizes realization and application of systems, structures and devices with novel functions obtained via precursor nanoparticles.

The Journal fosters the interdisciplinary dissemination of knowledge by encouraging synergetic approaches originating from a wide range of disciplines, such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Health Care.

Surface Innovations Journal

Surface Innovations Journal

Selected papers will be reviewed and invited into a Special Issue of Surface Innovations. Surface Innovations publishes articles on scientific and engineering advances made in the formulation and modification of surfaces and coatings.

The material innovations on surfaces, combined with understanding and manipulation of physics and chemistry of functional surfaces and coatings, have exploded in the past decade at an incredibly rapid pace.

Journal of Surfactants and Detergents

Journal of Surfactants and Detergents

Selected papers will be reviewed and invited into the Journal of Surfactants and Detergents (AOCS) which publishes peer-reviewed research papers, and reviews related to surfactants and detergents technologies.

For consideration into the the Journal of Surfactants and Detergents, please select the “Submit to the Journal of Surfactants and Detergents” button during the on-line submission procedure. Please note that you may only select a single journal during the submission process.

NanoImpact

NanoImpact

NanoImpact is a multidisciplinary journal that focuses on nanosafety research and areas related to the impacts of manufactured nanomaterials on human and environmental systems and the behavior of nanomaterials in these systems. As such it will publish in the following areas:

Human Nanotoxicology - nano-bio interactions and effects on human health;
Econanotoxicology - nano-bio interactions and effects on organism and ecosystem health;
Exposure - nanomaterial release, fate and behavior in the environment and human/engineered systems;
Risk Assessment and Life Cycle Assessment
Other areas, such as the development of methodological and modelling approaches and the development of materials and methods to enhance nanosafety, are appropriate if there is a clear and demonstrable link to the above themes. Submissions to the 2017 Environmental Health and Safety of Nanomaterials Symposium will be automatically considered by the journal NanoImpact, the selected contents will be reviewed and invited for submission after the conference.

Food Biophysics

Food Biophysics

Participants of the Food Materials and Innovations Symposium interested in publishing a research article or a review paper are encouraged to contact Professor Qixin Zhong who edits Food Biophysics. Food Biophysics publishes research on physical and chemical studies of food structure, properties, and functions and their relationship to the molecular structure and properties of food materials. Biophysical studies of food involve research at the intersection of food chemistry, biology, and engineering. The topics of research include the structure of food molecules, biopolymers, and food materials on the molecular, microscopic, and mesoscopic scales; the molecular basis of structure generation and maintenance in specific foods or food processing operations; mechanisms of antimicrobial action; structure/function relationships in food biopolymers; novel techniques in food biophysics, including spectroscopic, thermal and rheological studies; glass transitions in biomaterials and their influence on chemical reaction rate, microbial growth, or sensory properties; and molecular mechanisms of taste and smell. Papers selected by Professor Zhong will receive the expedited peer-review.

Sensors & Transducers

Sensors & Transducers

Selected proceedings papers in the Electronics and Microsystems Track (MEMS & NEMS, Sensors & Systems, Micro & Nano Fluidics symposia, and MSM conference) will be reviewed and invited into a Special Issue of the journal ‘Sensors & Transducers’.
