Nate oversees the Office for Regulatory Enforcement Fairness, created by Congress to report and review Federal regulatory actions that affect small business. He also serves as a liaison between Federal agencies and small businesses facing regulatory and compliance issues. Nate will lead regional roundtables and public hearings. He manages a network of 10 regional regulatory fairness boards charged with advising the SBA on Federal regulations unduly burdening small businesses. He previously served as a senior adviser to Administrator McMahon after leaving a leadership role at a management and public affairs consulting firm. Prior to his private sector career, Nate served as a legislative aide and counsel on Capitol Hill and a counsel and fiscal analyst with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
