Thomas Twardowski, Ph.D. has been working in tissue regenerative materials since 1993 in both the industrial and academic sector. Dr. Twardowski is president of his own consulting business, with extensive experience with materials for skin, peripheral nerve, dura mater and long-bone repair. He has designed biomaterials classes for Drexel, Philadelphia and Widener Universities. He has co-authored papers that have appeared Journal of Biological Chemistry and Current Pharmaceutical Design. Sponsors for his biomaterials research have included the US Army, NIH and the Pennsylvania Keystone Innovation program. His background includes has diverse research experience in biomaterials, composites and adhesives.
