Novel imaging modes of atomic force microscopy
We will demonstrate an add-on technology to existing atomic force microscopes, which allows the recordation of additional new information about physical and chemical properties of materials at the nanoscale. There are two novel modes that will be presented: Ringing mode and a fast dynamical mechanical analysis mode (FT-NanoDMA).
