Our technology will provide reliable and cheap alternatives for humidity measurement. Our idea focuses on using MEMS resonators to detect the changes in the thermal properties of air by directly changing the output of the oscillator eliminating the degrading polymer layer in humidity sensors and achieving longer lifespan.
