Counting and Sizing Protein Aggregates Down to 0.15 micron Using New Focused Beam Light Scattering Technology

With new focused beam light scattering technology it is possible to count and size particles down to 0.15 microns. This technique has been applied to determining the size and concentration of protein aggregates. A comparative study showed that storage and processing methods impact the extent of aggregation in protein suspensions.
