Summary:

Manufacturing Monodispered intrinsic, N-type, and P-type Si Nanoparticles with specially designed reactor and inductive coupled plasma. This manufacturing process uses a water-based and organic solvent-based Si nanoink for printed electronics with large range of solid-liquid ratios. The resulting value is production of flexible electronics with in a faster and cheaper method, along with increased product quality by using homogeneous Si nanoink.
