Donna Lee Ho is a Technology Development Manager with the Fuel Cell Technologies office of the U.S. Department of Energy under the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy since 1993. The program funds public-private partnerships to support the research, development, and demonstration of fuel cell technologies, as a means to achieving the Department's overarching mission to strengthen the United States' energy security, environmental quality, and economic vitality. Ms. Ho graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1988 and finished an MBA from George Washington University in 1998.
