Anne Ruminski

Senior Process Engineer

Silicium Energy

Anne obtained her PhD and MS in Chemistry from the University of California San Diego after graduating magna cum laude with a BS in Chemistry from Ithaca College. At UCSD, Anne studied chemical sensors built from nanostructured silicon. She then joined the Molecular Foundry at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and developed nanocomposite materials for energy storage. She has authored 17 publications and filed 2 patents. Silicium Energy provides an exciting opportunity for Anne to combine her background in alternative energy and nanostructured silicon with her passion to develop functional materials that will have a positive impact on both society and the environment.
