Novel ultrahigh vacuum-compatible vacuum flanges and flange devices are constructed from high conductivity and high yield strength materials. The flange devices are presented in which heat removal is accomplished by water cooling channels machined in the flange itself. These flanges and flange devices are compact, cost-effective and highly reliable.
Continuous lithographic technique and exposure apparatus
We produce a continuous lithographic techniques and the apparatus to produce micro/nano patterns in continuous manner. A basic fabrication process shares with typical photolithography, but continuous process was achieved by using cylindrical mask and exposure units. This technique can be used in semiconductor fabrication, display related field and so on.
Novel Lab-on-a-CD Microfluidic Device
The â€œlab-on-a-discâ€ uses centrifugal force to drive fluid through its processing channels. Fluid pathways and pendency are controlled by varying the disc's rotation. The disposable disc is transparent, permitting spectroscopic monitoring, and crafted by conventional embossing techniques. The lab-on-a-disc is suitable for immunoassays, DNA PCR, and chromatography.
