We found that mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) given before spinal cord injury (SCI) attenuates functional recovery and cord pathology at 12 h however TiO2-nanodelivery thwarted cord pathology and improve functional recovery after 12 and 24 h SCI indicating that nanodrug delivery of MSCs has superior neuroprotective effects in SCI.

Our innovation shows that exogenous supplement of Cerebrolysin, containing selected neurotrophic factors prevented depression in model experiment that was most marked with PLGA encapsulated cerebrolysin.
