Wetox is an innovative and inexpensive process which reduces the waste sludge from many different industries into clean water and by-products. Our system uses a combination of processes to minimise energy consumption, maximise cost-efficiency, and reduce the overall mass of sludge to be disposed of by over 95%.

Government Funding/Support to Date: 2011: Project won $1m milestoned funding from Ministry for the Environment’s Waste Minimisation Fund for sludge reduction and alum recovery.
2013: Project received $200,000 from KiwiNet.
