Value Proposition: The calculation of the Haugh unit is performed objectively, compared with the existing relevant equipment, and the error rate is 2 % or less. The necessity of a grading of the eggs is increased due to consumers’ preference of high quality animal products. It could satisfy the consumer’s needs.
