Active Rectifier Capable of Reducing Leakage of Reverse Current, and Wireless Power Reception Device Using the Same

This technology is to solve a reverse current phenomenon, which occurs in a wireless power reception device by a delay generated by an internal circuit when the active rectifier is switched, through a delay time compensation method, and thereby to maximize the efficiency.
