NCP drug delivery platforms have the potential to overcome many drawbacks of existing drug delivery systems such as low drug loading. The NCP offers controlled drug cargo release, modular surface structures contribute to NCP targeting, lower drug dosage, and siRNA for added gene therapy in one formulation.

Value Proposition: Nanoscale Coordination Polymers (NCP) drug delivery platforms are significantly more effective than small molecule drugs in solid tumors, even with 16.7% to 40% of the dose of free drugs. The new formulation also has a lower toxicity profile.
