High value-added production of butadiene from biomass-based process

We provide a method of butadiene production from non-petrochemical process. From the 2,3-butanediol, the derivatives of 2,3-butanediol such as butadiene, butanone (MEK, methylethylketone), dimethyloxyrane and resin are produced by chemical conversion catalyst.

Value Proposition: This technology will offer sets of new IP, whose claims can cover various facets of 2,3-butanediol derivatives production technology, including catalysts, and catalytic reaction processes. Considering the importance of butadiene and high value-added production of it, these intellectual properties will provide critical competitive edge over companies adopting conventional processes.
