TECHNOLOGY SUMMARY

Since an organic-inorganic perovskite light absorber having an absorption coefficient 10times that of a conventionally used ruthenium-based dye(N719) is employed, a new paradigm of accomplishing high-efficiency compatibility with an inorganic thin-film-solar-cell and moving from a liquid-type dye sensitized solarcell to a solid state thin film solar cell has been suggested.
