High performance process to produce probiotic biomass from lactic acid bacteria from not supplemented milk serum

We use the milk whey to grow lactic acid bacteria as probiotic for the food and pharmaceutical purposes. Our technology reduces the energetic, storage and distribution costs and its green technology, because it doesn't require cold chain and also we reduce the environment impact of the milk whey.
