Nanofluids for lubricant and cooling applications

The Nanofluid has a greater thermal conductivity reducing the amount of oil and ethylene required in automotive transformers and radiators; allows lower internal temperature increasing the life of such systems. The dispersed nanoparticles detect and cover microscopic imperfections on metal surfaces, creating a coating reducing friction, wear and fuel consumption.
