GOVT/EXTERNAL FUNDING SOURCES
Government Funding/Support to Date: Actasys was recently awarded by NYSERDA the ADVANCED TRANSPORTATION TECHNOLOGIES grant. The award amount is 500k (with 50% match) and we are currently seeking 350k for the match. The duration of the award is 18 months and the scope of work is full scale on-the-road performance validation (TRL 8/9). We are currently entering contract negotiations. Included in the award are four partners: a fleet owner, powering and actuation subsystems suppliers and a consulting entity with experience in truck maintenance and retail to the trucking industry.
