Concealed Weapons Detector

Using a passive mm EM wave sensor, the device can detect the presence of metallic and non-metallic hidden objects on the body. The device can be stationary of handheld and operates at a distance of several meters. Objects can be identified and resolved down to several cm.

Value Proposition: The device excels in portability (hand held device), enables screening at a distance (~3 meters) and will be low cost (COGS of several hundred $) and is completely passive (no intrusive imaging or radiation). No existing commercial product offers these combined advantages.
