Amanda Morris, Project Director with EDJ Associates, Inc., is responsible for managing the support contract with the Division of Industrial Innovation and Partnerships (IIP) at the National Science Foundation. Amanda and her 15-person staff provide on-site support services to IIP in all administrative and technical areas, including compliance screening proposals, creating panels, recruiting reviewers, processing panelist travel and reimbursement requests, records management, IT and database support, and conference planning. The EDJ team processes approximately 3500 grant proposals each year, in addition to planning and executing four large conferences and providing extensive outreach and portfolio and program management and support services. Amanda has been at NSF since 2006 and has a background in operations and federal grants management. Prior to joining NSF, she was the Director of Operations for Science at a conservation non-profit organization. She earned her M.A. in Asian Studies and International Relations from George Washington University and her B.A. in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
