Summary:

We have developed technology and have built a facility for continuous large-scale production of high quality Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWNTs) by the catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) technique using floating supported catalyst particles. The great advantage of this technology is the precise control of the catalyst nanoparticles chemical composition and size distribution. These parameters determine the nanotube diameter, chirality, number of walls, length and quality. By adjusting the nanoparticle and synthesis parameters, we can produce a wide variety of nanotube materials as required for different applications. Currently, NanoSynthesis produces up to10 g per day of purified high quality SWCNTs, and can increase production as necessary. We produce several grades of nanotubes and can amend the characteristics according to customer requirements.
