Fabrication of Boron Nitride Nanosheets/Grapehen double layer Film

Summary:

The boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) were fabricated by ultra socation and centrifugation in polar solvent. Homogeneous BNNSs dispersion was colorless and transparent but with milky appearance. The thin BNNS film was fabricated using vacuum filtration with anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane. The prepared BNNSs film was transferred to PET substrates. The prepared BNNSs/PET film is bendable and transparent over 60% at visible light. Combining with graphene film, the double layer of BNNSs/graphene was fabricated because the BN substate supports the superior electrical properties of graphene. The sheet resistance of the double layer of BNNSs/graphene was reduced 17.14 Ω/sq, while that of graphene film was 28.88 Ω/sq.
