Author’s Kit (checklist)

4-Page Papers Due: April 12, 2010

1. Prepare you manuscript using a provided template
2. Create a PDF^© file of your paper (include all fonts, do not encrypt/password protect)
3. Upload PDF^© file of your paper (due 4/12/2010)
4. Mail or Fax (925-886-8461) signed copyright form (due 4/12/2010)
5. You must register for conference (due 5/1/2010)
6. Book your hotel room (due 5/20/2010)
7. Optionally register for a Short Course (Monday June 21)

Both Oral and Poster presenters, upon acceptance, must register for the conference.

Accepted oral and poster presenters must provide a 4-page paper for publication in either the annual Nanotech Conference Technical Proceedings, or the annual Clean Technology Conference Technical Proceedings. Abstracts submitted after January 21^st are not eligible for publication.

If you submitted an abstract by January 21^st, please be patient, these are still being reviewed.
