Dr. Leo Christodoulou is the Program Manager of the U.S. Department of Energy's Advanced Manufacturing Office (AMO). AMO is the lead government program working to increase energy efficiency within U.S. manufacturing. Prior to joining AMO, Dr. Christodoulou served as Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA's) Defense Sciences Office. Dr. Christodoulou applied his research expertise to developing revolutionary, new materials capabilities for the U.S. military. He has authored or coauthored more than 60 technical papers and is a named co-inventor on more than 20 U.S. patents and their foreign equivalents.
