Storm is responsible for architecting the overall vision and strategy of the company, defining the execution plan and timelines necessary to successfully implement our vision and strategy, identifying and recruiting the team/partners/investors that will help the company to fulfill its mission, and engaging with our partners to help them extract the most benefit from our solutions and drive their success.

Storm has been actively involved in the technology sector for nearly 20 years, and has advised some of the most leading edge technology companies in the world throughout various stages of their growth cycle, including Google, Alibaba, Microsoft, SAP, VeriSign, Hewlett-Packard, Intuit, RightNow, and Symantec, amongst others. He was most recently Senior Advisor to Credit Suisse, and prior to that served as the Global Head of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions where he also served as a member of the firm's Investment Banking Advisory Committee. During his tenure as Global Head of Technology M&A at Credit Suisse, he was responsible for managing the technology M&A advisory group to a #1 market share position.

Storm received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his master's degree from the University of Michigan. Storm is a frequent speaker at technology industry events, has participated on numerous industry panels and has co-authored and co-taught a course on mergers and acquisitions at Stanford Law School. Storm also sits on the Board of Directors for Sundrop Mobile and serves as the Head Room Parent at his children's school.
