Summary:

We direct the assembly of differently-shaped colloidal particles, including pacmen, spheres and cubes, by exploiting a number of specific programmable interactions, including depletion, diamagnetism, and DNA hybridization. Our goals include artificial replication and the directed assembly of complex colloidal structures.
